Enchanted Encounter
To celebrate their 10th Anniversary, the BC Renaissance Festival enters a realm where the kingdom of mankind shares its world with the realms of myth and folklore.
The King and Queen have invited the lands to celebrate their daughter's coming of age, but when the uninvited arrive, allegiances are tested, and tensions run high. Not everyone is what they seem as the King clashes with the fae of Elphame, while the other races of the world have to choose sides. Wizards, trolls, fairies, and peoples from far-off lands greet visitors as they come celebrate the Pricess' birthday.
Stroll through the marketplace and enjoy stage shows, with music, song, story telling, and the thrills of the Jousting Tournament! Satisfy your thirst at the Frog & Fiddle Pub. Try your skills in games at the Gypsy camp. Finish off the day as the denizens of the realm sing songs of olde at the Pub Sing.
