BOISE Flamenco True Beginner's Summer BOOT CAMP

Luis and Estefanía are well known for their Flamenco summer Boot Camps--it's high time you joined in on the fun!

Wednesdays 6:30-8:30
July 20-August 10th
Four week Session 8 hours total

6:30-7:30 Viva La Feria Boise! Sevillanas! Rumbas! Ole!
Learn basic flamenco dance steps and arm movements with Estefanía. Class is designed for students with little to zero dance experience. We aim for fun and a light aerobic exercise.

7:30-8:30 Flamenco Jamboree w/Luis and La Ishi
Bring your cajon, drum, tamborine or any other percussive instrument. Luis and La Ishi will incorporate Flamenco rhythms and we will learn how to make polyrhythmic layers for a symphony of cool Flamenco sound! Dancers -if you want to build your feet strength--we will let you in this class. Guitarists-we will show you how to turn your guitar into a percussive instrument without breaking it! Clap your hands, tap your feet. Vamos alla!
