Rubber Side Down instruction series - Cornering Skills 201
San Francisco Randonneurs presents a cycling skills clinic led by former road racing cyclist Paul Skilbeck. This session carries on from the Cornering Skills 101 class with intermediate/advanced-level principles of cornering a bicycle, including leaning, vision, braking, and line. We will practice ultra-tight turning circles, choice of line, and subtle weight shifts to assist with cornering dynamics. The session begins indoors with a seminar and then moves outside to demonstrate and practice skills at Fort Baker.
Come ready to ride. You may park your bike inside the Big Room. Session duration: approx. 2h30
Because so many people book very close to the event, and there are limited spaces, there will be no ticket exchanges or refunds.
