Kip Loui CD Release!
After 28 years of performing in and around the region with a wide assortment of bands, St. Louis native and Twangfest co-founder Kip Loui is releasing his first solo project. The Hill Recordings with JJ Loui features eleven original songs and a Bill Monroe cover. The music is country-folk-pop in nature, and Mark Spencer (Son Volt, Jay Farrar, Blood Oranges etc) will be making a special appearance to recreate his guitar parts from the CD. Very special guest Brian Henneman (Bottle Rockets) will also be joining the group for a set of musical mayhem.
