Joe Louis Walker with Bob Malone - New Date! XPN Welcomes
Due to a scheduling conflict at the Arden Gild Hall, Joe Louis Walker and his band will now perform on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 8 pm instead of on the previously announced date.
The reigning Blues Music Awards Male Contemporary Blues Performer of the Year is a triple threat a true powerhouse guitar virtuoso, unique singer and prolific songwriter.
He has toured extensively throughout his career, performed at the worlds most renowned music festivals, and earned a legion of dedicated fans.
NPR Music has called Walker a legendary boundary-pushing icon of modern blues, and he is already being referred to within the blues world as a living legend.
Killer keyboard player Bob Malone opens the show.

Joe is one of the greatest bluesmen of his generation. He is a four-time Blues Music Award winner and 2013 Blues Hall of Fame inductee who has appeared on multiple Grammy-winning albums. He is known worldwide as one of the genres top musical trailblazers, a mesmerizing guitarist and soul-testifying vocalist.
The New York Times raves, Walker is a singer with a Cadillac of a voice. He delivers no-nonsense, gutsy blues. His guitar solos are fast, wiry and incisive, moaning with bluesy despair. Rolling Stone simply calls him ferocious.
BOB MALONE has toured the world as a solo artist for two decades and has played keyboards
with rock legend John Fogerty since 2011. Classically trained, with a degree in jazz and a
lifetime playing rock & roll clubs, theatres, and arenas, Bobs sound is a one-of-a-kind hybrid of rock, blues, and New Orleans R&B, delivered with high-energy piano virtuosity and a voice all his own.
