The DePauw Jazz Ensemble takes the stage Wednesday with a program that features modern jazz derived from such inspiration as Oakland, California, and Cadiz, Spain, as well as imagined colors and mythical monsters.
Debuting on this concert will be an octet formed from members of the band. A recent gift from DePauw alumnus Anthony Minstein 74 has provided the group with many classic arrangements for this unique and intimate instrumentation for jazz ensemble.
General admission: $5
Tickets for seniors, youth and all students are free.
