Brianna Brown Band
The Brianna Brown Band is a new traditional Irish music project from St. Louis, featuring John Bolduan (tenor banjo, guitar, vocals), Matthew Brown (bodhrán), Timothy Yau (fiddle, guitar), and Brianna Brown (concertina, harp, whistle, mouth organ). Brianna is already an accomplished musician at age 11. She is the current All-Ireland World Champion in the under 12 division and the youngest American to ever win a world title. She is a four-time Midwest Fleadh Champion on concertina, harp, harp slow airs, mouth organ, tin whistle, and tin whistle slow airs, and much more. This band takes the energetic dance music of Ireland and imbues it with a youthful vibrancy at the hands of a young master-in-the-making in Brianna Brown.
