Joe Lally and DCIC
Firmly planted in the shifting sands of DC's transient culture, DCIC has been a local fixture since 2003. During the last three years, however, the band has rarely appeared in public (only playing two shows since the end of 2012). Instead, they've been focused on rehearsing and recording. A rotating cast of musicians have come through the rehearsal studio, and one night last September all that work paid off. Their new album "Ministry of Spontaneous Composition" is now available.
Joe Lally plays bass and sings. For this performance, he will be joined by members of DCIC as needed.
