Community Open House
Effective July 1, 2016, CenterPoint Human Services will become a part of Cardinal Innovations Healthcare.
This is a special Community Open House for CenterPoint Members, Families, Caregivers, Providers and Community Stakeholders who are interested in learning more about the upcoming transition.
A short presentation will be shared and members of Executive Leadership along with the following department managers will be in attendance:
Access Call Center
Provider Network
Utilization Management
Care Coordination (IDD & MHSUD)
Member and Community Engagement
Light refreshments will be served.
