Spiritual Masters: From Old World to New
Join us as we present 'Spiritual' works from the masters of the Old World and New World! Our concert will begin with works from North American composers, ranging from 'I'm Gonna Sing Til the Spirit Moves in my Heart' by Moses Hogan and 'Shenandoah' by James Erb, to many other 'spiritual' works. Following that, we will invite the St. David's United Church choir to join us as we present W.A. Mozart's 'Great Mass in C Minor, K 427' - a wonderful musical event featuring double chorus, soloists and orchestra.
The concert will be preceded by a pre-concert talk beginning at 6:30pm, and we are excited to donate a portion of our concert proceeds to support the relocation of refugees to the Foothills region through the 'Okotoks Refugee Support Fund'.
