International Pop Overthrow festival returns to The Windy City for its 15th (yes, really!) straight year, from April 14 through 23, with all shows to be held once again at a truly wonderful venue, Red Line Tap! IPO Chicago will feature more than 70 of the best pop and rock bands from Chicago and beyond! Feast your eyes:
