The Sisters' Journey: A Legacy of Faith
Narration, vocal, and instrumental settings tell the story of an epic journey: the arrival of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary in Oregon, where they founded St. Mary's Academy in 1859 and Marylhurst UNiversity in 1893.
This performance is presented by Marylhurst Composer Series--a yearly celebration of our student composer works, featuring some of Portland's finest musicians.
