Poets' Corner
Soli Deo Gloria Womens Chorale will present Poets' Corner Friday, April 29th 7:30 pm at University Presbyterian Church in Fresno, CA. We sing music set to the poetry of William Shakespeare, e.e. cummings, William Yeats, anonymous prisoners of the Holocaust, 14th century writings and scripture. We also premiere three new pieces composed by Gabriela Frank, Joseph Gregorio, and Moira Smiley. Our guest artist will be Dr. Walter Saul from Fresno Pacific University and will feature an original organ/timpani composition.
Soli Deo Gloria is directed by Dr. Julie Carter.
