An Evening Of American Folk Music
"American Mass" is a masterpiece, a missa brevis merging American hymns and spirituals with traditional choral liturgy. The solo movements have already been popular singles. This is a unique piece that you won't want to miss.
Other songs in this performance consist of some old favorites as well as some that you may not of heard before. James Erb's "Shenandoah", "Cindy" by Mark Wilberg. Also many by Stephen Foster such as "Beautiful Dreamer", "De Camptown Races", "Some Folks", "Oh! Susanna" and "Old Folks At Home".
