Lookie Lookie @ Accurate Records
In celebration of the Spring Solstice, Lookie Lookie will be delivering a wild Bacchanalia of musical delights at the groovy Accurate Records loft in Somerville MA.

Lookie Lookie plays Latin Bugalú, a super fun 60s sound that combines Afro-Caribbean rhythms with rock and soul sensibility. The lyrics are in Spanish and English, the band features three percussionists, three horns and bass - and five singers.

The band is an all-star assemblage of sensation-seeking sybarites:

Chris Maclachlan (Human Sexual Response) - bass
Vicente Lebron (Either/Orchestra, Club D'Elf) - congas
Jorge Arce (Raiz de Plena, Humano) - bongo, cowbell
Rick Barry (Bim Skala Bim) - timbales, more cowbell
Scott Getchell (Lars Vegas, Agachiko) - trumpet
Ted DeColo (Funky White Honkies) - alto sax, flute
Russ Gershon (Either/Orchestra, Orchestra Morphine) - tenor sax, flute

The event is a PARTY!!! We supply food and drink, we ask you to bring more of what you like to drink and perhaps some food if you're in the mood.

This is a pay-what-you-can event, but we request $15 for this fabulous experience, and we recommend you reserve early as the Accurate Records loft is not huge and it will fill up.
