Getsome Athletics Seattle Classes
Getsome Athletics will be providing 6 progresive roller derby training classes at Broadview Thompson Elementary School. Learn how to juke, jive, jump, hit, control pack speed and build walls all while getting a great workout while on wheels!
Each class will be a focused hour and a half long class led by Carmen Getsome. Carmen is a traveling roller derby coach. She has been all over the world teaching athletes the ins and outs of roller derby. All classes will begin at 6:30 and end at 8 pm.
Bring water, grippy wheels (the floor is a little slick) and join Carmen Getsome for these educational classes!

June 21st Going fast and stopping faster
June 25th Build a wall/Break a wall
June 28th Roller Derby Scenarios
Buy all 6 classes for $12 each or drop in for $15 each (cash at the door only)
