SVRG Spring 2016 Bootcamp
SVRG is excited to announce our 2016 Spring Bootcamp! This spring bootcamp will offer not just skating skills and drills, but will also be supplemented with classroom sessions where we will teach you rules and strategy taught by officials and skaters. With this combination of training we are confident that this will best prepare interested skaters to join the ranks of the Silicon Valley Roller Girls.

SVRG 2016 Spring Bootcamp session: April 3 - May 23
You will Need: Quad skates, helmet, mouth guard, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and WFTDA insurance (once you sign up for a bootcamp, we will email you a registration link.)
Price is $175 Flat Rate (plus WFTDA insurance, paid separate)
First come first serve. Limited spots available - Sign up ends March 31st 11:59(PST)
Days: Sundays & Wednesdays
Dates: April 3rd 2016 - May 23rd 2016
Full Schedule:
Sundays: In classroom session (9:00am 11:00am) at Silver Creek in room 179.
Sundays: Unless otherwise noted, Sunday on skates sessions are from 11am-1pm at Silver Creek Sportsplex in San Jose.
Wednesdays: Unless otherwise noted, Wednesday on skate sessions are from 7-9pm at Hogue Park in San Jose.

Wednesday April 27th: On skates Training
Sunday May 1st: In classroom session (9:00am 11:00pm) at Silver Creek in room 179

Sunday May 8th: No Practice / Rink Closed to SVRG

... and don't forget, to get the best experience out of your bootcamp, start training now! Squats! Skate around in a parking lot to get your "sea legs" back. Run. Lift weights. Read the rules. Watch derby on YouTube. We can't wait to see you this fall.
