2016 Crawfish & Bluegrass Extravaganza

The St. Mary Parish Knights of Columbus will hold their annual Crawfish & Bluegrass Extravaganza on Saturday April 16, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic School (corner of North Lafayette Street and Old Shell Road). Festival entrance: 1450 Old Shell Road

This family-friendly, award-winning bluegrass festival will benefit the Catholic Social Services "Legacy for the Future". Be a part of Midtown's revitalization and help Knights raise funds to assist CCS with its consolidation of all of its social ministries into a single, modern facility at 188 S. Florida Street.

Come hear live bluegrass music from headliner Steel City Jug Slammers and three local bluegrass bands - Eldon Bryson and the Azalea Bluegrass Band, Fat Man Squeeze, and the Cottage Hillbillies! The Knights and sponsor Azalea Seafood & Gumbo will cook and serve thousands of pounds of crawfish. Gumbo, hot dogs, and chips will also be available.

Note: Advance tickets are $30, and at-the-gate admissions will be $35. Children 12 and under are admitted free!

Guests are asked to bring non-perishable food items for charitably contributing to the Knights' food drive for FEEDING THE GULF COAST (formerly the BAY AREA FOOD BANK).
