American Soup
AMERICAN SOUP is an unique theatrical/musical event that traces the American experience from the 50's to the New Millennium through the eyes of an average American family in Queens, NY and from the perspective of an artist whose career and notoriety spanned the last half of the 20th Century: Andy Warhol. These diverse life stories are woven together with hit tunes from each decade, played by a group of first class musicians who capture the sound and spirit of each song.
The action of the play shifts between Andy Warhol's studio ("the Factory") where time is unboundedand an Italian restaurant in Queens from 1961 to the present.
