Doors open at 5:45 with authentic Chinese food served. This is followed by cultural entertainment and the showing of Love in Xishuangbanna at 7:00.
Movie Synopsis:
This 1997 film describes a Chinese American singer's return to his hometown, beautiful Xishuangbanna, in search of his childhood pal, Yue Mei. By chance, he meets a pretty Dai girl named Ai Yue. He comes to believe that
she is actually Yue Mei, whom he has kept in his memory for over twenty years. They finally fall in love after several twists and turns. In this movie, you can appreciate not only the beautiful scenery of the province of Yunnan but also local customs of the ethnic minorities.
