Norman de Silva decided to make a living in basketball. His first real job happens to be assistant coach in China, where basketball is king. However, his coach leaves and Norman is suddenly promoted to head coach. Esteban Arguellos film follows this surprise season as de Silva learns that even basketball cultures can clash. Plenty of good game action in this film, along with critical commentary from former CBA champ Kai Chen makes it clear that basketball is one way to understand our cultural differences with China.
