Communiversity@M2: BBQ, Bourbon and The Blues
Join us at M2 for our Spring course offering, "Barbecue, Bourbon & the Blues"! Learn about the blues, savor great barbecue and sample some of the best Kentucky bourbon to cross your palate.
Offering edification in the important field of "Barbecue and the Blues," this in-depth course may require some advanced research (involving bourbon tasting!), but we don't think you'll mind the homework when we plan to bring down the house during the final exam with DePauw professor Steven Snyder and special guest, nine-time Blues Music Award nominee Tad Robinson.
Menu includes four regional varieties of barbecue prepared by award-winning Chef Daniel Orr of FARMbloomington: Memphis Pulled BBQ Pork, Kansas City Dry Rubbed Ribs, Texas BBQ Beef Brisket and Alabama Chicken with White BBQ -- along with a delectable variety of sides and dessert.
Reserve early and save: $60 per guest through March 31; $75 each after April 1.
All proceeds support local outreach programs through Music on the Square.
