Stillpoint Farm Mother Earth Festival
Stillpoint Farm, an organic farm and community gathering place in Veneta, is honored to host its 3rd Annual Mother Earth Festival on August 25, 2012. Our festival honors, celebrates, and supports women and the Sacred Feminine through music, art, food, produce, and the healing arts. The festival is a family-oriented event held from 10 am to 8 pm and includes healing workshops and demonstrations, art and music workshops, story telling, multimedia, labyrinth walk, and live music. A closing sunset ceremony will end the event.
This event soothes and nurtures through diverse music, original local art, vegetarian food, alternative healing therapies, and fresh local farm produce. Musicians booked for this event are: Ellis, Gentle Thunder, Victoria Lagerström and Dave Tate, Laura Golden and a mystery guest. The festival is a benefit for The International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers, an organization of thirteen elder women from across the globe who educate and support Peace, Health, and Unity. We are honored that Grandmother Rita Pitka Blumenstein, a Yupik Eskimo from Alaska, and one of the Thirteen Grandmothers, will be our keynote speaker.
Your purchase of Angel tickets allows us to invite people who cannot afford the price, to attend the festival. Or you can give them out as a gift.
