Nigunim Weekend Retreat Aug. 24-26
Nigunim Community Folk Chorus has been around for 12 years, meeting weekly on both sides of the Bay. We are now proud to offer our 2nd Annual Weekend Retreat.
Enjoy a weekend of singing, drumming, dancing and workshops with Bay Area best teachers in Jewish Music: Linda Hirschhorn (A Capella Singing) Bruce Bierman (Creative Jewish Dance), Achi Ben Shalom (Vocal & Instrumental Ensembles) and Jan Padover (Middle Eastern Drumming)
The Location is River's Bend Retreat Center near Philo in the Anderson Valley, CA, about 2 hours drive from the Bay Area. Great Swimming in the Navarro River, giant old-growth Coast Redwoods Park (Handy Woods) nearby, and a lovely Retreat Center with comfy accommodations.
