Washington County Line Bluegrass
Washington County Line plays straight-ahead traditional bluegrass, seasoned with bluegrass interpretations of early country, folk, and contemporary tunes. They feature the songs of bluegrass
giants Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs, the Stanley Brothers, and Red Allen, as well as folk music icons and singer-songwriters including Gordon Lightfoot, Tom Paxton, Bob Dylan, and Ralph McTell.
Winners of the 2011 Jenny Brook Bluegrass Festival band competition in Tunbridge, Vermont, Washington County Line features the talents of Steve Wood and Sean Quinn on guitars and lead and harmony vocals; Daryl Smith on banjo and harmony vocals; Ken Meyer on bass; and Andy Bing on dobro and mandolin.
