Music Foundations Playgroup
13-week Spring Series

Music Foundations Playgroup empowers 4- to 5-year-olds to sing, move, play and create together in a small group setting independent from their caregivers and under the guidance of experienced musician~educators. While prior experience in Musicollaborative's FamJams or other courses is helpful, it is not required. (*6-year-olds who are new to Musicollaborative are also welcome to join us but may qualify for Music FUNdamentals instead; call 504-942-7606 to find out.)
All sessions integrate vocal music, hand percussion and movement. In addition to group music making, time is allowed for instrumental exploration on the keyboard, drum set and miscellaneous percussion.
