Auld Reekie Roller Girls SOAK Special: Lorrae Evans Bootcamp!
The School of ARRG Knocks is back for 2016 - and we have a lot of terms this year!
Kicking off the year, we bring you SOAKSubs - A special, one off bootcamp with an amazing substitute teacher! Our coaches are taking a backseat, and we have the incredible Lorrae Evans subbing in!
So, if you want to learn some new skills and drills from a member of WFTDA's #2 ranked team - VRDL - then get your ticket for February 13th, when Lorrae Evans will present two x 3 hour skills sessions designed by Lorrae, especially for budding joeys or seasoned skippys. It's gonna be a G'Day mates....No barbecues, but we can guarantee you'll wanna boomerang right back!"
BIO:
Captain of Helsinki's A Team in 2012, Lorrae trained as a blocker for LRG Brawling who went on to win won gold in Evansville playoffs 2014 and 4th place at champs 2014.
Team England silver medalist winner at the 2014 world cup in Dallas and 2015 VRDL All stars skater and winner of Tucson playoffs gold, and a bronze medalist at 2015 Champs!
From humble beginnings in Perth, Western Australia with no skating experience, Lorrae has learned quickly how to build up the key skills, game knowledge and adaptability that has helped her play for some of the derby worlds best teams more than once!
Lorrae can teach you all about following your dreams, playing derby all around the world and how to appreciate a good snack.
