Women's Self Defense at LRGP
Introduction to Women's Self Defense
The student will learn basic defense techniques against an unarmed assailant, including the 5 weapons every woman possesses and the 4 offensive target areas on the would-be assailant.
Bio:
Sandy Thomas is a San Francisco native and a past executive co-chair and chair of security for Women Take Back The Night. She has conducted numerous workshops for non-profits, neighborhood watch programs and fundraising events. She holds an M.S. from CSUS.
