Mandorla Music presents a duo of duos with Russ Gershon & Charlie Kohlhase
Mandorla's 2016 series kicks off with night of duos featuring two of the area's finest saxophonists. Charlie Kohlhase will perform in a duo with bassist Aaron Darrell, and Russ Gershon will be debuting a new duo project to be announced. Both work primarily in acclaimed larger ensembles - Charlie in his Explorer's Club and Russ in the Either/Orchestra, which celebrates 30 years this year (and of which Charlie is a member). It will be exciting to hear each of them in the intimate musical space of a duo.
