The Hamilton Music Collective's Jazz at The Gasworks Concert series, in support of the AIFEC (An Instrument for Every Child) program, presents the third concert in the winter 2016 series:
Barbra Lica
Barbra Lica is a fast-rising star in the Canadian jazz scene and has been receiving accolades for a unique vocal ability that stresses subtlety and grace. Based in Toronto, Barbra's live show captivates audiences all over North America with her genuine warmth and confident stage presence. Lica's original tunes are well-crafted guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a warm glow in your heart. The charming "Fishies" and "The Food Song" have already been released as singles, with the fun-filled music video for the latter proving very popular on YouTube.
