FEED is The Catamounts' ground-breaking interdisciplinary series in which we bring together traditional artistic forms with artisanal foods, integrating the two in such a way that each is enhanced and audiences experience both in new and revelatory ways.
FEED: Smoke will explore meaning in that ephemeral mixture of gases and suspended particles through the words of David Sedaris, the music of the Talking Heads, an Onion essay, and much more.
Performance will be paired in four courses with small batch artisanal beers and ciders from hand-crafted drink importer Shelton Brothers, a menu focused on the ephemeral nature of smoke, featuring Hudson Valley foie gras, local tart cherries, and a selection of house-smoked surprises, and a specially crafted cocktail.
This is a seated dinner, and tickets are very limited.
