"As World War II spreads across Europe, The Duchess of Windsor continues to host card parties at her residence in Monte Carlo. A frequent guest at these parties is young Adrian Woodbridge who's very good at playing cards and also at hustling those men seeking "entertainment" along the Riviera. What will the Duchess do when she discovers this fact?"
Alvin Easter is a long-time Minneapolis writer whose screenplays have been read at the Jungle and Guthrie Theaters and whose scripts have earned high rankings in several national competitions. "The Queen's Deception" placed fourth in last year's One in Ten Screenplay Contest.
