IT'S A GOOD DAY: The Peggy Lee Songbook
Purple Phoenix Productions is proud to present "IT'S A GOOD DAY FOR MISS PEGGY LEE" on Sunday April 13, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at UPAC Auditorium in Bellevue. This one night only event pays tribute to one of America's music icons and features popular Seattle-based actor/singer Lindsey Larson. She is backed by the Purple Phoenix Orchestra, under the direction of David Duvall. The concert is staged in the 1960's style of the Las Vegas/Atlantic City showrooms in their heyday. Among the 30+ Peggy Lee hits included in this high-energy 2-hour concert are: "Why Don't You Do Right?", "I Don't Know Enough About You", "Manana", "Just For A Thrill", "Where Or When", "I'm A W-O-M-A-N", "It's A Good Day", "Big Spender", "The Folks Who Live On The Hill", "Don't Smoke In Bed" and her trademark hit "Fever".
