Scott plays out of northern Italy in mainly European countries and Japaan. He makes only a few trips home to the United States. He will be playing in his hometown of Providence, RI, on Sunday, November 8 with an accompanying trio of Mike Renzi, piano, Tony Bennett's musical director; Marshall Wood, Bennett's bass player and drummer Artie Cabral, formerly of the Woody Herman and Herb Pomeroy bands
The singer with the band is Donna Byrne, who Jazz Times says is" one of the greatest jazz vocalists on the scene today."
Beverages and light food will be available. Ample parking will be available at the Marriott. Tickets will be available for $30 at the door.
