Mother & Me - Equine Guided Education Workshop
In our Equine Guided Education Workshops we will learn how non-verbal communication affects our interactions with others. Spend time on a personal inquiry of your automatic way of being and intuition. "EGE incorporates horses into the self-development process so that we can explore the intuitive, sensate landscape of our inner-workings and how it relates to our personal and professional goals. The horse as our mirror allows us to gain profound insights into where we are in right alignment with our values and intentions and where old stories or habits of thinking and behaving are still interfering with our ability to flow effectively in our relationships and life purpose. Through interactive exercises with horses we will refine our goals and practice more effective ways of being in our lives. The focus of this program is not on learning horsemanship skills. It is about getting back in touch with our curious, imaginative self, connecting to what has heart and meaning, and creating new perspectives for living our life on purpose."Ariana Strozzi
The focus in this Mother & Me workshop will provide opportunities to explore the existing parent/child relationship in a relaxed and fun environment.
No horse experience is required and activities do not include riding. If you have prior horse experience, come willing to experience horses in a new and profound way. Participating in activities is optional but encouraged.
