When's the last time a new music series opened in San Francisco, in a theater and devoted itself to popular music? And rock. And World music and classical music, individuals, ensembles, acoustic, electric--though mostly accoustic cause it's a 70 seat theater. It's like a small concert hall.

Gary picked up the guitar at the age of 12. By 15 he was playing in a bar on New York's Upper West Side. He's played in Russian hospitals, Indian ashrams, Caribbean resorts and the streets of Israel.
B E N F L I N T + A N T H O N Y B L E A
Funk legend Isaac Hayes summed up pianist Ben Flint's playing with two words: "He's smoking." Ben fired up the keys with Hayes for more than 19 years, performing around the globe, playing jazz festivals in Montreaux and Brazil, and appearing on MTV and VH1. Anthony Blea will accompany Ben on violin. He has performed with Ray Charles, Boz Scaggs, Israel "Cachao" Lopez and Leonard Bernstein.
