The Arts and Music of Mexico and Central America
Join us in Milford for this celebration! Pre-concert workshops explore traditional Mexican dance, Central American mask-making and regional cuisine. The concert features the Music School's faculty string quartet, Nagoya, performing music by Javier Alvarez and Arturo Marquez, as well as solo guitar music of Manuel Ponce and student ensemble performances of music from Mexico, Guatemala and Costa Rica. View art by Maria Cervantes at the Milford Branch two weeks prior to the event.
