Event
Emilia Dahlin Quartet and Sara Cox
Emilia Dahlin weaves a historian's imagination with a troubadour's artistry, blending vintage jazz inflections and raw, rootsy folk. Honest and eloquent songcraft, shot through with a gently mesmerizing voice that engages the listener in tales of the human condition. Sara Cox's most recent album, "Crowded Is The New Lonely", strikes a fine balance between countrified-rock and lonesome acoustic balladry. With an interactive video piece by artist Susan Bickford and a double-hit of topnotch Portland singer/songwriters, this is bound to be a special evening.
