Pacific Chamber Symphony: Two Treasurers
Join us for a an intriguing look at the Classical as it stretches towards the Romantic in Beethoven's 2nd Symphony masterpiece written just after he learned that he was going deaf. The heroic brave and tender all melded into one. Superstar violinist Igor Veligan will amaze with flash and dash of the Russian and neo-classical Concerto full of humor and irony for violin and Orchestra by Prokofiev. And to set the tone for both works we begin with the incredibly delightful melodies of Mozart in his Marriage of Figaro Overture. A concert experience you will say is a must see!
