As part of the continuing RMI Concert Series, George DeMott will perform in concert with special guests at Aliante Station Casino & Hotel on March 25 and Green Valley Ranch Resort on April 1. DeMott's guests include the celebrated musical director, conductor and arranger Bill Fayne and singer and Las Vegas headliner Gabriel Burrafato. George DeMott captures the essence of the great singers with his unique contemporary style. Singing opera to pop and everything in between, his performances have captured the hearts of listeners around the world. Classically trained, he holds degrees from UC Santa Barbara and the prestigious Eastman School of Music. He has performed several classic opera Tenor roles and has won several awards and competitions, including the National Italian-American Foundation's Luciano Pavarotti Scholarship.
Bill Fayne has been musical director of more than 50 musical theater productions, operas and television shows over the past 40 years, and has appeared as guest conductor with the Las Vegas, Atlanta, Buffalo, San Diego, Colombus, Dessert (Palm Springs) and Delaware Symphony Orchestras. As an arranger, he has worked with Clint Holmes, Susanne Sommers, Gloria Loring, Ann Jillian, Hal Linden, Mickey Rooney and Kathie Lee Gifford. Fayne's television credits include various Bob Hope specials, Dick Clark Productions, "The Tonight Show," "The Joan Rivers Show" and many others.
Gabriel Burrafato is currently starring in "VEGAS! THE SHOW." He has performed starring roles on Broadway, in Las Vegas and on Broadway National Tours across North America. Burrafato is a founding member of the singing group Bell'Aria under the famed record label EMI/Capitol Records, where he recorded his debut album "Little Italy: Bell'Aria." His televised concert "Live from the Venetian in Las Vegas" has aired on more than 350 PBS stations across North America.
All shows begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. The cover charge (cash and credit) for each show is $15 (tax inclusive) at the door.
