Mayor Taylor

"Mayor Taylor" is Lydia Ruffin (guitar/ukulele), Charlie Pfeffer (mandolin), and Mike Tiefenbrun (bass) doing "roots music" from jazz to folk to spirituals & original songs too, a vocal & acoustic treat. Their vocals are spot on, agile, swingy, satisfying; their instrumental work is dazzling. Lydia has performed solo and with a variety of groups over the years including Jasmine and Spatz. Charlie Pfeffer has sung and played the guitar and mandolin in a variety of traditional American musical styles for 33 years.
