Mansions Prelude: Alma Mahler
Join the Mansions & Music Three Salonnières: Alma Mahler artists for a behind-the-scenes look at pieces featured on the October 25th concert program. Part open rehearsal, part lecture-demonstration, preludes provide an intimate opportunity for music lovers from connoisseurs to newbies to learn more about the repertoire, composers, and historical context of the programs from the performers themselves. Preludes are designed to enhance one's musical understanding of Mansions concerts, and to also be accessible and engaging even for those unable to attend the actual Mansions concert.
