A young man dies while attempting to walk the Way of St. James, a pilgrimage of hundreds of miles in the Pyrenees. When his father arrives to claim his body, he unexpectedly decides to join an eclectic group of fellow travelers and complete his son's journey, quietly discovering his own along the way.
