The Local Openers
Following up on their sold out performance at Tellus360 in September, The Stray Birds are back with their OTHER band, The Local Openers. Joining them are drummer Dominic Billett, and Lancaster native Dietrich Strause.
The Local Openers feature all three members of The Stray Birds along with drummer extraordinaire Dom Billett (Toy Soldiers, Coin Purse, Perkasie) and Dietrich Strause in a project that explores roots, Americana, and bluegrass. One part electric and two parts acoustic, a mix originals and favorite covers. This is a unique chance to see some of Lancaster's finest mix it up !!
