The Hamilton Music Collective's Jazz at The Gasworks Concert series, in support of the AIFEC (An Instrument for Every Child) program, presents the final concert in the fall 2015 series:
Tony Monaco Organ Trio
Mentored by the legendary Jimmy Smith starting at the age of 16, Tony has had an extensive and varied career, including numerous recordings and international touring. In 2007, Tony celebrated a special anniversary, celebrating 40 years as a musician and appearing on the cover of Keyboard Magazine. Hailed by JazzTimes as a "Monster B3 Player", Tony Monaco blends outstanding sound of classic Hammond B3 organ greats with modern and swanky sensibility to please a variety of jazz tastes. Tony will be joined by Ted Quinlan on guitar and Vito Rezza on drums.
Concert starts at 8pm; doors and bar open at 7pm.
