Mandorla Music Series presents Kurtis Rivers, Alain Pacowski & John Lockwood

I'm excited to welcome longtime musical friends Kurtis Rivers on reeds and Alain Pacowski on guitar to the Mandorla Music series. Their collaboration goes back decades, including in recent times a run of many years of Sunday nights playing together at the Ramsay/Toy VFW Post in Dorchester. Kurtis has played with Either/Orchestra and Salim Washington's Roxbury Blues Aesthetic, and currently performs with the Makanda Project. Alain splits his time between Boston and New York, and recently released the CD 'Double A' with piano & trumpet player Alan Chaubert. Both appeared separately very early on in the life of this series, and it's exciting to have them back, this time together & with veteran Boston bassist John Lockwood of The Fringe.
$12 in advance, $15 at the door.
