This high-voltage Songbook Concert includes songs that the legendary Ms. Franklin has recorded and performed over her 50-year career, including "Think", "Chain of Fools", "Until You Come Back To Me","Baby, I Love You", "Day Dreaming", "Spanish Harlem", "Freeway Of Love", "Ain't Nothin' Like The Real Thing", "Do Right Woman", "See Saw", "Jumpin' Jack Flash", "I Never Loved A Man", "I Say A Little Prayer", "Ain't No Way", "A Deeper Love", "Since You've Been Gone", "Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves" and her iconic hits "A Natural Woman" and "R-E-S-P-E-C-T".
ARETHA AT THE APOLLO featurespopular Seattle-based actress/singer Stacie Calkins, backed by the nine-piece Purple Phoenix Rock
Band and three back-up singers, under the direction of multiple Emmy-nominated composer/arranger David Duvall.
The concert is staged in the 1960's/'70's style of a concert in Harlem's renown Apollo Theatre.
