Join us for our first monthly Ministry of Yoga session on Monday 21st September at 7pm, at Kilo Lounge.

Ministry of Yoga sessions combines eclectic music with Yoga in an urban setting. We invite you to join us as we open up the floor to an expressive and sensory experience, where the energy of the music compliments Yoga moves to achieve an even greater meaning and connection to your body and mind.

An amazing Yoga session followed by refreshments then Ecstatic Dance, Ministry of Yoga is an experience not to be missed!

The Yoga

Instructor Sarah has been passionate about yoga since she first discovered Shivananda in Spain under the guidance of Sri Ajan Yogi in 2007. Her passion for yoga continued to grow as she explored Asia and different style including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Hot and Vinyassa. In 2013, Sarah qualified from Swarmi Vivekananda's University of Bangalore Singapore School Vyasa, and more recently Universal Yoga with Andrey Lappa.

The Music

The music is provided by DJ Anthony, who has been playing House, Techno and Nudisco for nearly 20 years in the UK, Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong and now Singapore. He is also a keen Health and Fitness enthusiast.

The Program

7pm: Arrive and find your place.

7.30pm-9pm: Yoga session with eclectic music from DJ Anthony

9pm-9.30pm: Drink, rest and food (if ordered)

9.30pm-10pm - Ecstatic/Uplifting free dance

A complimentary drink will be provided, and Kilo's bar menu will be available for you to order when you arrive, which will be served during the break.

Please bring your own Yoga mats.
