Microenterprise 101
This training is designed for attorneys who are new to representing small businesses We will cover the common legal issues small businesses face. Topics will include business start-up, including formation and choice of entity; customer relations including business contracts; employment, including employee vs. independent contractor issues, employment regulations; taxes, intellectual property, including trademark, and patents; nondisclosure and noncompete agreements, and patents. This course is highly recommended for attorneys interested in volunteering for Wayfind's Microenterprise Clinic.
3.75 CLE credit for attorneys, approval pending.
