Ginga is a six-member ensemble based in Boulder, CO that specializes in playing the sounds of Brazil, including samba, pagode, forro, MPB, bossa nova, chorinho, and Brazilian jazz. A Ginga show can span the breadth of moods from sedate listening music to lively dancing and singing, the latter bringing to life the spirited sense of community that's so often found in Brazilian music.
